Senior HR Systems Analyst

 

Salary $71-90k          Location: Long Beach, CA.

Job Description:

The Sr. Human Resource Systems Specialist is primarily responsible for

the implementation and configuration of new projects and supporting

existing HR systems functionality in the corporate systems.

In addition, the Sr. HR systems specialist is responsible for assisting with Portal maintenance and administration

Responsibilities:

·  Identification of solutions to business problems

·  Project implementation and configuration of new functionality

·  Customer support through User Liaison process and other informal

   interactions

·  Support of existing applications including coordination of tasks 

   with the other team members

·  Assist the Senior Manager NA Corporate Systems in encouraging an

   working environment in the IT Division which supports the strategic

   goals of Pioneer and of IT, reflects attention to budget limits, 

   project deadlines and promotes the development of IT Help Desk   Staffs           

·  Conducts a variety of development activities within the IT

   organization each year designed to increase the orientation, 

   training & development & communication of IT staff

Qualifications:

·  BS/BA in MIS/CIS

·  3 to 6 years of SAP experience in HR module to include Configuration   of the Personnel Administration, Personnel Development, Time and Payroll

·  Expert knowledge of software programs to include MS Word/Excel,

   PowerPoint and FrontPage

·  Basic knowledge of Desktop publishing programs to include MS

   Publisher and database programs including Access
