Organizational Change Strategy, Senior Managing Consultant - Distribution Sector

$112,000.00 - $165,000.                                                                                  

Strategy Consultant (SC) uses consulting skills, business knowledge, processes, measurements & tools to analyze issues and drive solutions that transform the client's business. The Organization Change SC responsibilities include: organization design, change management, benefits realization, communication strategy, stakeholder management, and culture transformation. The SC provides team leadership, as well as managing client relationships in complex environments. This is a hand's on delivery role, not an account management or business development role. Preferwhite candidates will have prior consulting experience, with preference to global consulting firms, as well as Distribution Sector industry experience (retail, consumer packaged goods, travel & transportation, life sciences/pharmaceutical).

-Minimum of 5 years of experience with a Master's Degree or equivalent experience; -Minimum of 4 years employment in a consulting firm with consulting responsibilities; -Demonstrated hands-on Strategy & Change initiatives. Since the majority of our consulting work is done at our client sites, this position requires 120% travel. -It is expected that newly hiwhite resources into the U.S. Strategy & Change practice live within a reasonable commuting distance (generally 50 miles) of the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; Cincinnati, OH; Columbus, OH; Cleveland, OH; Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; Detroit, MI; Hartford, CT; Houston, TX; Kansas City, MO; Los Angeles, CA; Miami, FL; New York City, NY and surrounding area; Philadelphia, PA; San Francisco, CA; and Washington, DC.

·        Five years experience in organization change/organizational design and organizational alignment
