The Business Strategy Consultant (SC) uses strategy consulting skills, business knowledge, processes, measurements & tools to analyze issues and drive solutions to transform the client s business. The Business SC responsibilities include analytics, business case, business modeling, value realization, merger & acquisition, innovation, growth, marketing, pricing strategy formulation, sales force transformation & strategic leadership initiatives. The SC provides team leadership, as well as managing client relationships in complex environments. This is a hand's on delivery role, not an account management or business development role.

This position requires:
• Minimum of 6 years of experience with a Masters Degree or equivalent experience
• 3-4 + years employment in a consulting firm with consulting responsibilities
• Strong, large-scale Media/Entertainment Industry focus in recent years
• Demonstrated hands-on Business Strategy & Change skills (to include: analytics, business case, business modeling, value realization, value chain and value creation, strategic merger & acquisition, innovation, growth, marketing, pricing strategy formulation, contract management, sales force transformation & strategic leadership initiatives)
• SME/industry (M&E) leadership skills

Since the majority of our consulting work is done at our client sites, this position requires up to 100% travel.

Candidates Must Have:

·        Must have a minimum of 6 years applicable experience (mix of industry and consulting experience to/with media & entertainment clients)

·        MUST have previous BUSINESS STRATEGY consulting experience (business analytics, business case, business modeling, value realization, value chain and value creation, strategic merger & acquisition, innovation, growth, marketing, pricing strategy formulation, contract management, sales force transformation & strategic leadership initiatives)

·        Must have experience in the Media & Entertainment vertical

·        Must have a graduate degree – MBA highly preferred. Graduate degree must be relevant to the job

·        Experience with digital media/new media a plus
