DCG (Domain Consulting Group) is hiring Principal and Senior Managers with experience in:

a.       Claims and settlement processing (called claims adjudication)

b.      Eligibility, enrollment, membership management, and finances including billing and AR system management

c.       Provider management, contracts and referral and pre-authorization processing

d.      Medical management and care management/disease management systems

e.       Medicare and Medicaid business processes

f.        Pharmacy benefits management (PBM)

Candidates MUST have experience in business consulting or business strategy consulting (not IT strategy). We could hire from industry (i.e. hire the claims person from Aetna, who’s been living this day and night), but they typically will not understand Consulting. Other possible keywords could be:

a.       business process engineering or design

b.      business process re-engineering or re-design

c.       principal or consultant in a strategy org
