Job Description
Business Consulting professionals focus on strategy and take responsibility for organizational change and business transformation. The Retail Merchandising, Quantitative Architect - Consulting Manager will be responsible for leading complex merchandising engagements for some of the world's largest retailers.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Directing a team of consultants in the development of fact-based models and decision frameworks for complex merchandising engagements

• Develop and execute practical analytic solutions to retail problems including clustering and market basking

• Planning and managing Application Assessment and Requirements activities
• Assisting clients in defining key capabilities / requirements that will enable their strategy

• Determining the project approach, staffing, responsibilities, and schedule

• Presenting findings to senior executive levels at our premier retail accounts.

• Ability to travel 100%

Basic Qualifications:

• 5 years of retail merchandising and assortment planning experience

• 5 years of highly quantitative and analytical experience

• Bachelors degree in Mathematics or Statistics

Preferred Skills:

• Consulting preference

• Planning, promotion and space management experience

• Knowledge of retail supply chain

• Working knowledge of desktop data management tools

• Experience with a large professional service organization
