Key Responsibilities may include:

Value Creation

*Developing account plans to grow the Oracle practice

*Penetrating new accounts

*Structuring and closing sales of new Oracle projects

*Being recognized as an expert in Oracle and its business value levers and technology impacts

*Presenting at industry conferences

Project Delivery

*Leading/managing the planning and diagnosis and assessment activities and defining high-level program/action plans for Oracle projects

*Planning and managing program-wide technology build, test and deployment activities

*Identifying opportunities to drive more value and decrease risk from an organization’s IT strategy through business and technology strategies in targeted areas, including technology infrastructure (overall as well as servers, hosts, networks, desktops, databases, and laptops), technology architecture (overall as well as mobility, portals, and information management), and process/management improvements.

*Ensuring technology requirements address functionality, performance, and security needs

*Ensuring high level design supports a robust and secure technology solution, taking into account the business requirements, user requirements, technical requirements, and security requirements etc. (e.g., solution architecture)

*Leading technology evaluation and selection efforts

Qualifications

Required:

10 to 15 years experience in consulting organization selling and leading Oracle engagements.

1-3 year history of selling at least $4 million in consulting work per year.

Must have Consulting Experience.

Know any one of the modules

Bachelors Degree.

Ability to travel up to 100%

Additional Qualifications:

Candidate must have demonstrated experience selling and delivering Oracle consulting solutions for corporations and or government agencies.

Candidate will exhibit a holistic understanding of Oracle and be familiar with the functional aspects of information technology (platforms, applications, networks, etc.) and its relation to business functions.

Candidate will have a holistic understanding of the interdependencies of enterprise wide solutions, technology, and organizational objectives. The position requires strong client facing skills and deep understanding of consulting and its underlying business.

Proven track record of building/developing relationships with C-suite executives.

People Management

*Planning and managing activities of project teams and the local security practice

*Participating in local security practice communities of practice

*Active as mentor, career counselor advisor to personnel in the local security practice
